Everyone knows that facebook walls, AIM away messages, and Myspace display names are breeding grounds for what I like to call "iBeef" (internet beef) and a whole lot of trash talk.
Most of the time, its the female gender taking part in this activity. But I want to get to the root of this.
Could it be that the trash talker knows better than to actually say it to the opposing parties face? [would that be considered bitchassness?] Or could it be that the trash talker is trying to get him/herself hyped off the fact that he/she is now broadcasting his/her "beef" to all of his/her friends and "network" in hopes of getting a few others riled up along with him/her?
I've experienced some subliminal and not so subliminal iAttacks from other women who just plain ole had nothing better to do than talk about --- hmmm, ME!
Could it be just something to do to pass the time? Could it be something that allows their spirits to come up out of the dumps for a minute by verbally beating others down?
I would like those of you who are notorious for this kind of beef to please respond to this post and let all of us know why you do what you do? What is the significance? How does it help you, if at all?
Shed some light on this dark situation.
